Logo Request Format [Read before posting!] Empty Logo Request Format [Read before posting!]

The format for this section is simple.

State the name of your team, and I will do the rest.

If the team name is not suitable for a logo, the request will be moved.

If the request has been moved, please post the same request, in the Banners Request section, with that format.
